This page lists subprocessors that Unlap Corporation (“Unlap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may use to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of customers in connection with the Services.
For purposes of this page, Customer Personal Data has the meaning given in our Data Processing Addendum and generally refers to personal data included in Customer Content that we process on a customer’s behalf.
This page does not list every vendor mentioned in our Privacy Policy. Some vendors process data for which we act as a controller, such as account, billing, support, security, analytics, or other direct business relationship data, and are therefore outside the subprocessor scope of our DPA.
Current Subprocessors
The location information below reflects the primary jurisdictions in which these subprocessors are used in our current service architecture. Actual processing locations may vary based on provider operations, service configuration, and applicable customer agreements.

Customer-Directed Third-Party Platforms
Some customers direct the Services to connect to third-party platforms such as Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift. These platforms are generally not listed as subprocessors here because they are selected and controlled by the customer rather than engaged by us as subprocessors on behalf of all customers.
When a customer directs the Services to access data from those platforms, that data may become Customer Content processed through the Services in accordance with the applicable agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Data Processing Addendum.
Scope Notes
- This list covers subprocessors used to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of customers under our DPA.
- It does not include controller-side vendors used for account administration, billing, support communications, website analytics, or similar functions that are described separately in our Privacy Policy.
Updates
If we add or replace a subprocessor in a manner that materially affects the processing of Customer Personal Data, we will provide notice as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
